I'm bummed Pavliuchenko/Khodykin had to withdraw. It would be really interesting and exciting to see them up against both Mishina/Galliamov and Boikova/Kozlovskii for the first time this season. I also get why Tarasova/Morozov withdrew, but it's weird not having them here.

P/R are the junior champs from last season, fabulous pair elements but need triples. A/K were one of the stronger juniors, went to JGPF.

Two teams that were junior last year. Akhanteva/Kolesov and Panfilova/Rylov. P/R were junior World Champions last year and went undefeated for the entire season.

They should always put a skirt on Panfilova. I know it's super old fashioned, but the skirt adds like 10 points to their twists.
