That was a lovely last position in the final lift.

Cinematic Orchestra has some really good stuff. It's not just To Build a Home and The Arrival of the Birds.

It was on Broadway for about 3 weeks (ok it might have a little longer, but not much). It did get a Best Score nomination, but it was a VERY weak year for musicals.

I just saw the My Fair Lady revival a few days ago. Now that is a first rate production and if you're in NYC I highly recommend it.

These two were pretty good. A few problems but the twist was nice and the lifts were good. I think she should have stayed up on the second throw but it look like she just toppled off the edge.

This was a really good production of it. For one thing, Lauren Ambrose (playing Eliza) didn't push the cockney to absurd links like Audrey Hepburn. :eyeroll:

I love Laura Benanti. Lauren Ambrose was surprisingly good. The Ascot race scene is still one of my favorites of any Broadway show.

Yes, the music choices so far have been inspired (by someone or some team that had a smidgen of success with it in the past) and highly highly original (about 23789443 years ago maybe).

On an up note, L/M make a nice team. If they decide next year to skate to Miss Saigon I reserve the right to change my opinion
