Even though Simon wasn't here for the Gala, I just love the chemistry between them two. And the way they can say these things about each other without causing offence. But, I suppose they have been commentating together for the guts of 30 years.

Overall, it was a great Gala.

Glad I decided to watch it LIVE with you guys rather than tape it and watch it after I had pieced together the World Feed coverage of the Free Dance with Eurosport's highlights. I learnt so much from the conversations!

Off-topic, but it's really confusing to have a Kaitlyn and a Kaitlin in the same field. At least the Madisons have the same spelling...

I'm not a fan of Alan Walker, but Kihira Rika has a lovely dress.

With Kaetlyn Osmond it's okay, since she's in singles mix-ups don't usually happen. The thing is that I can never remember which spelling which ice dancer uses... Here I was today commenting during the FD, and I was constantly pausing to check whether I was spelling Jean-Luc Baker's partner's name correctly.
