Hmm that's true. That will cause some uproar to the other disciplines, like for the ladies.

As much as I want to advocate for Cha to get a JGP assignment, I would prefer and side with Sohyun getting 2 JGPs instead of one. Also, it will look badder on KSU for siding with one skater. Then again, they did that to Yuna....:drama::eek:hwell:

It must highly taxing to both Kim Sena and Kim Hanul to compete here, especially for Sena. :no::scowl:

oh no, CJH :cry: i was waiting for his JGP debut, it doesnt seem fair to pick participants by just one competition, they really should consider their criteria, he is senior bronze medalist and cant go to JGP, i dont know what can be done without being unfair to anyone but they have to figure it out, i hope we can see him at JWC

about ladies SP, man of them seems to have very solid jumps but not much connection to their music, and i think they need more original positions for their spins,
i really enjoyed Song joo Chea, she has amazing arm and hand movements ( esp her hands,loved it!) and her spins looked better compared to other girls
other ladies i enjoyed Min jee Choi, So hyun An, Hee soo Cho, A hyun Lim and Sena Kim(too bad about the jumps but she seemed to be having best time out there)

Did a bit of digging, and ooh, I think CJH really is injured. I've heard that was the reason he pulled out of Detroit Open, but I wasn't sure until one tweeter noted he looked like he was hurting or something after the long. If that's the case, I hope he fully recovers and has a solid season, jgp or no jgp. Besides, so youn apparently had a bad jgp qualifying competition in the olympic season, and she ended up 9th at senior worlds that season. :)
Anyways, I love the program, it will be amazing when he skates it clean. Apparently it was choreo'ed by Kenji Miyamoto. Does anyone know who did his past programs?

I wish he hadn't attempted the 3A's, but at least he didn't try the 3-3. CJH has amazing mental strength, imo. He did well to hang on after the disastrous 1st half. Reminds me of when he packed in that 2a in the sp at nationals last year after missing it in the 1st half. Considering his likely injury, I think it's for the better that he's not at the jgp. I hope he rests up and does well at the ranking comp and qualify for JW.

yeah, i agree about his mental strength!! was really impressed when he added that 2A at 2nd half of his SP :love: even if he cant do JGP, i hope they will send him to senior B (or junior B in this case? XD), he will need more international experience and recognition if he wants to compete at JW

Just watched So hyun An, quite lovely skating, and beautiful red dress, just the glove, it little bit too many narrow strips. I am wondering is So Hyun An's coach also SoYoun Park's coach?

its heartbreaking to see CJH's face after his FP, it must have been really hard, but congratz to him not giving up :clap:
once again, ladies aree pretty strong jump-wise, i hope they will improve PCS-wise as well, i really enjoyed So hyun An :cheer:

Why does KOR have two ladies' JGP spots per event? I get that USA is getting KAZ's leftover spot, where is KOR getting their spots?
