Hello everyone, I am out&about today unfortunately and watching on the go. Caught Morozov/Bagin, Man she channels DIVA Navka badly and Tosca with overwrought drama in choreo/expression... Just too much for me.

I am really sorry, but this FD from Muller/Dieck is beyond depressing for me... From creepy voiceovers, through muddy costumes to just flat and forced in expression.

Popova/Mozgov, huge error from Betina in twizzles, she appeared quite shaky today in transitions, during step sequence... Still with drama face on. I wish the concept would be executed/realized with more polish and crispness to partnerings, it just look messy and unorganized too much in between elements.

Well, they got 165 and a change in total, that performance got 104 pts then? Okaaay...

Lovely performance from Robynne and Joseph, yes this is our favourite GHOST musical OST, but the program fits quite nicely. I liked the lightness in their step.

Much overscoring event!! So G/P will get 130 for their FD then...

I am so nervous, because I want them to do amazing, at the same time excited to see Vincent magic again!

Just... Poetry in Motion. I have never seen a program with such sensibility in emphasis of lyrics, music by movement, elements, every single move told a part of their story and Vincent's story too. The artistic notion in every gesture, yet so familiar and warm, tender between them. I think that the specialty, uniqueness of this program is about making a simple thing like being on ice for each other, along with music, movement, history to tell and people waiting to hear, experience that story precious and one of a kind. I am emotional mess, once again.

As we had an overhead view, it was really nice and to see the final rotational lift of P2 with her lying on his head and how beautifully smooth she came out of it for the dismount. Seamless from a tricky position.

Amusing mark increases at this competition. Was Morosov and Bagin really 15 points better in their FD than at a Grand Prix in Russia? The Polish team? Some of these senior B events can’t be taken seriously

Checked in to see Piper and Paul, they were so, so beautiful as expected and I had to (sniffle) hold back (sniffle) tears because I so wanted to (sniffle) see that stellar program at finals (bawls)

So did I, and I would have found a way to attend if they’d qualified.

So I am sure I've looked at almost every protocol of Piper and Paul since at least 2014, and I don't think I can recall them getting level 4 for all step sequences in a program (or usually even for one of them). Either they can really perform them when not under pressure or the judges here decided it's not that important. I am hoping it's the former!
