To get two spots at next Worlds:

Two advance to FS, one in Top12, or
One advance to FS and is in Top10.

I could be wrong, but if two Canadians make the free, do they hold onto two spots, or does one have to finish top 12? I can't remember the number adding up the finishing places needed for two spots.

According to the ISU regulations:
Points required for 2 entries: not more than 28 (by 2 skaters).
Competitors who qualified for the Free Skating/Free Dance, but were not placed higher than 16th place in the final result will be awarded 16 points. Competitors who did not qualify for the Free Skating/Free Dance, will be awarded 18 points.

So - if one skater doesn't make FS, the other one must be 10th at least. If one is 16th or lower, the other must be 12th at least. If one is 14th, the other must be 13th, etc.
