People expect her to be perfect...She isn't another prodigy, she's an above-average skater on her first round of Grand Prixs...why don't we wait till next year before writing her out...

I think technically So Youn has the jump techniques that can rival top ladies. She need the killer instinct that can help her rise to the top. Of course she should improve her loop and speed, spins... But overall I would like to take her over many other ladies.

She usually has solid jumps (minus the flutz), but she slammed her head on the ice this off-season and developed a fear of jumping for some time. Glad she did well today.
