I could see that being penalized in GOEs more than it was, but they did enough rotations for level 4, so the panel did it's job properly. Tbh I agree that Tessa and Scott should have won this SD back then. But I don't see much similarity between the two situations, they go into this competition with a reputation of being better than P/C in the SD after all.

I still can't believe that he didn't grab the blade. My eye sight it sucky, so I didn't notice at first. He did a good job pulling it off, imo.

Heart failure, my feed died right after the men. Thank God it came back up. I am so nervous for the SD I am about ready to jump out of my skin. I need to enjoy this event because I found out I have to go to a conference during the weekend of US Nationals and on the day of the FD at the Olympics. Why don't event planners check the skating calendar before scheduling things? I always do!!
